If Your transfer is successfully completed but You received a message from our team that it is currently on hold by PayPal, You need to confirm the status of the payment from Your PayPal account to proceed Your order.
Here’s how to confirm the payment status:
1) Login to Your PayPal account on Your Desktop or with browser on Your mobile (not with PayPal Application).
2) Click Activity at the top of the page.
3) Find and click the original payment for the item.
4) Click Confirm receipt at transaction page.
5) Click Yes to confirm.
Click Confirm button to confirm the shipment.

This is the payment confirmation not delivery confirmation, as Your money is on hold by PayPal.
You can still request a refund or open a dispute on PayPal in the future if there will be a problem with Your order.
