I ordered two cartons of cigarettes on April 21, and they shipped a couple of days later. The last tracking information I got was on April 28th saying that my package has left for the destination country. It's now June 3rd, almost 6 weeks from the day it shipped, and almost 5 weeks since there was any update to the tracking information, and my cigarettes don't even appear to have left Georgia yet. I knew the cigarettes were coming from Eastern Europe and might be delayed, but when I saw they came from Georgia, I knew there was a chance my cigarettes might never come. Of all the corrupt Eastern European countries I would've wanted these to come from, Georgia would be one of the last. What I'm sure has happened is that a dishonest postal worker was able to identify my package as being two cartons of cigarettes and they just stole it since they knew they'd get away with it in a country like this. I've asked Cigsweb to contact Georgia Post a couple of times, and they told me to still wait another week, as if this would make a difference. I understand Covid-19 has delayed shipments, but if they're unable to get a package from Europe to North America in 6 weeks, they shouldn't be operating. If my cigarettes come within a week, I'll add a couple of stars to my review. If not, I'll just do a Paypal chargeback and know that my cigarettes have probably already been smoked by some lucky Georgian postal worker.

Many cigarettes/tobaccos just aren't the same in the US as in Europe (or in my case, Russia). I took a chance and ordered at the beginning of the pandemic, knowing full well that shipping would take longer, if the items were ever received. Roughly a month after initial shipment and tracking, USPS received it and a couple days later I had exactly what I wanted at a great price. If you're willing to take the chance, I highly recommend this service.
